Helpdesk
I get asked for computer help A LOT. So instead of explaining to people over and over, I figured I would just start creating pages everytime someone asks for help. This has two advantages:
- When I get asked the same question over and over, I can easily point them to the page without having to dig through emails or re-type steps
- I can use screencasts or other interactive tools that can explain better than bulleted lists in emails
So hopefully this works and helps. Check the links on the right for help on various subjects (bear with me I’m just getting started).
